Packaging

Please don’t send the 3x teats I ordered in such a massive box!!!!

Hi Daniela,
Thank you for taking the time to send a review. As a growing Australian business we make a conscious effort to be considerate in our packaging. The one size carton we have for retail fits the majority of our customers orders however on occasion it does seem big with smaller purchases. The packaging is recyclable which we always encourage.

We love them. Never had an issue and he has needed to go up in size and Sepal has recommended.
Great product can’t recommend enough.

Our son loves it!

We started using Sepal’s teats when my son was in the hospital (baby premature) & at that time we were using XS then changed it to S. Now he is bigger and according to the guidance we need to change to M. Once we changed it, he keeps drinking milk without any issue at all.
